HOW TO USE

Soak the Gua Sha in 45°C lukewarm water for 2 to 3 mins. Before using, ensure that your skin and GuaSha tool are clean. Apply your Lonjevite serum. Glide the Gua Sha across the skin in long, fluid strokes with upward and outward movements going from neck to chin, cheeks, and forehead. Follow the directions for use. Clean your Gua Sha before and after each use.

What is different about Black Obsidian Gua sha? Why is it black?

You can practice as much as it feels right for you. To get the most benefits, you should at least practice 2 to 3 times a week. Repeat each move 5-10 times on both sides of the face.

Should I wash my tools after each use?

We recommend washing with warm water and any skin-friendly soap before and after each use. Remember to be gentle, Black Obsidian Gua Sha may break if knocked or dropped!

Is Gua Sha suitable for breakout-prone skin?

Black Obsidian Gua Sha is helpful for clearing breakout-prone skin however, you should not use Gua Sha over active breakouts.

How much pressure should I use when using Gua Sha?

The strokes should be gentle on the face, especially around the eyes. It is also important to notice how your skin reacts to the amount of pressure you are applying and work your way accordingly. Remember to be gentle to delicate facial skin. If your skin becomes irritated, it means that you should reduce the pressure. It is common to experience redness after the massage.
